Modern Languages Week: ‘Ma langue, on en parle ?’ event

Our students offer one-hour introductory sessions to 13 of the languages available at the DU this year!

For one morning, the University will be transformed into a language laboratory where you can learn Arabic or Sinhalese calligraphy, practise the phonetics of Persian or Georgian, or discover the syntactic peculiarities of Ukrainian or Pashto.

This Language Day will take place on Wednesday 25 March 2026 from 9am to 12pm at the Centre des langues et des cultures pour tous (Language and Culture Centre for All) located in the extension of the Droit-Lettres building (3rd floor – office 360) at Université Bourgogne Europe.

  • The event is free of charge.
  • Register via this link and indicate the language you would like to discover.

This event is part of Modern Languages Week, which aims to promote linguistic diversity and is a key opportunity to encourage language learning.
