In order to do so, you need to create your account on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr\/envole\/\">MSE<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><i>If you are exempted from paying the CVEC, you still need to get the certificate to enrol at university.
