Course Leaders<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The two course leaders are Dr. David Bousquet (first year<\/em><\/strong>) and Dr. Alex Frame (second year<\/em><\/strong>).<\/p>\n

David Bousquet<\/strong> is associate professor of English studies, specialised in cultural studies and postcolonial literature. He is a member of the TIL Research Centre at the University of Burgundy where he carries out his <\/span>academic research<\/a>. He holds an MA and a PhD in postcolonial studies from the University of Strasbourg (France) and qualified as an English teacher in 2003. He has been working full-time at the University of Burgundy since 2014 and became head of the first-year ICM course in September 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alex Frame<\/strong> is a professor in communication science, specialised in Intercultural Communication. He is a member of the TIL Research Centre at the University of Burgundy where he carries out his academic research<\/a>. Born and educated in the UK, he studied French and linguistics at Oxford University before moving to France in the late 1990s, qualifying as an English teacher in 2000, and completing his doctorate in Intercultural Communication in 2008. He has been working full-time at the University of Burgundy since 2000, and set up the ICM course which opened for the first time in 2015.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Administrative Staff<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Maude Sery <\/strong>is the administrative secretary of the ICM Masters degree. She organises the degree and she is also there to help students and answer their questions.<\/p>\n

Matthieu Boillereau<\/strong> is the head administrative secretary for the school of Modern Languages.<\/p>\n

Amandine Dauer<\/strong> is the administrative coordinator for internships (a key contact for the fourth semester).<\/p>\n
