I am a current student who is refining my understanding of intercultural management with a big focus on human resources and global mobility, project management and business.<\/p>\n

Originally from Italy, I’ve had the privilege of calling Costa Rica, Spain, France, and Denmark home. These relocations, part of exciting study exchanges, have shaped my flexibility, adaptability, and relentless curiosity. Living in diverse cultures has taught me to navigate challenges with creativity and respect.<\/p>\n

Proudly, I held the role of President of the university association of intercultural students. This experience has endowed me with valuable leadership, coordination, event management and collaboration skills, contributing to both my professional and personal growth. Furthermore, I finished a year of civil service in the social sector. My role was as a social worker in a welcoming center for asylum seekers and refugees women and their children.<\/p>\n

I speak fluently in four different languages (Italian, English, Spanish and French) facilitating communication in multilingual contexts. My passion for languages is reflected in my dedication to daily study and practice.<\/p>\n

Outside the academic context, you’ll often find me immersed in volleyball, a passion I cultivate with commitment and joy. Additionally, I am an avid enthusiast of art and cinema.”<\/p>\n

About my future prospects, my idea is to start a career in Student Mobility or Global mobility.<\/p>\n

I studied French Cultural Studies. Before joining the Intercultural Management Master, I worked in a university as a study advisor. I chose ICM because it complements my Bachelor’s degree programme well, because it offered me the possibility to deepen my skills in the areas of interculturality, management and languages. The fact that our cohort consists only of international participants means that you experience interculturality first-hand, which I see as a great added value.<\/p>\n
